Birkenstock Garda Boot : Walkin' Tall

I've never been able to wear sassy black boots because I'm a slave to sensible footwear.
Thanks to Birkenstock, now I can. These sweet calf-high zip-up boots are styled for city life and "made for walkin'."
I have pretty wide feet, so most women's shoes and boots just don't fit, but the Garda boots have plenty of room and a rounded toe box. (They're also available in narrow.) They also have Birkentock's supportive contoured cork and leather footbeds, so my feet stay comfortable no matter how long I'm on them or how far I walk.
An added bonus --- the Garda boots provide great protection for my legs, so I can wear skirts year-round.
