Gordini Lavawool XC Glove : Featherweight Warmth
The last time I bought a pair of Gordini gloves was sometime in the early 80s. I still have them; the leather hasn't cracked or ripped. This winter, I just felt it was time to try something new. I love my new Gordini Lavawool XC gloves. They're lightweight, super functional, and warm. The outer shell is made out of a stretchy lycra material for total freedom of movement, and the sueded palm has plenty of grip when holding poles. The wool lining feels soft against my hands, and does a great job of managing moisture. For a more custom fit, I can adjust the wrist size with a velcro enclosure. I'm happy to report than on a recent visit to Chicago, where temps ranged from 30 degrees F to -12 degrees F, my hands stayed toasty warm. Bottom Line: These versatile gloves are ideal for winter games, daily wear, and more.--E.D. (Mar 06) Price: $35 Manufacturer's Site: www.gordini.com Buy Online: |
