I can't think of any sport or outdoor activity where I couldn't benefit from stronger hands, fingers, and forearms.

The thick rubbery ring is so easy to use; I can sit and squeeze out my reps while watching television. Once I get stronger, I can graduate to ring with more resistance, and so on. The rings are available in 30, 40, and 50 pound resistance levels.
The rings are lightweight and easy to pack, so I can take it with me on vacation, on the bus, wherever I might have a few minutes to kill. They're also good for stress relief!
