Ibex Echo Shirt : Your Favorite Wool Tee

Just because Ibex's Echo shirt looks great with jeans (I love the endive green racing stripe running up the back of the shirt) doesn't mean I wear it casually.

I take ultra-light merino wool seriously. My Echo shirt doesn't get to go out for coffee and a movie until she's done with work (which usually consists of at least an hour of hiking near my house or a power walk around the neighborhood).

As I would expect from wool, the Echo shirt does a great job of wicking away sweat; I always finish my walks with a dry shirt. Even better, because of wool's natural antibacterial properties, I can stop for that coffee after my hike without changing clothes because my shirt doesn't smell. I often wear the top for an hour or two of exercise most days of the week, and only wash it after several workouts. So, I'm also saving the planet.

If you've never worn wool as a base layer before, it's time to try. And don't worry about the rising temps. Wool keeps you cool in hot weather and warm in cold weather.
