Mountain Hardwear's Cosmopolitan Skort is ideal for summer.
It's simple, stylish, and has the low rise fit I like. The cotton/nylon blend, which provides UPF 40 sun protection, is soft and washes well.
I also like the useful pockets, a large front snap-enclosure pocket on the front of the skirt and a medium-sized zippered pocket on the back.
The Cosmopolitan Skort is available in picante, peat moss, straw, and espresso. I found that this skort runs a bit big. You might want to try one size smaller than usual.
