I've been running in skirts, wearing Spandex bottoms underneath, for a few years, and now I'm happy to have found an all-in-one skirt for training and competitions. My GymGirl skirt is comfortable and fun to wear. The fabric feels smooth and silky against my skin, and side slits allow for ventilation, keeping me nice and cool.

The inner briefs prevent chafing - a huge plus - and stayed up without elastic (a nice change since one thing I hate about biking shorts is the tight elastic waistband). Its wide waistband hangs loosely below my waist so I don't come home from long runs with an elastic-line imprinted on my waist. Skirt Sports also includes another nice modern detail--an iPod pocket. Sweet. I don't think I'll ever run in anything else again.
