Simple EcoSneaks Men's EcoS Shoe : All Natural, Simple Sneaks

I haven't worn canvas sneakers since I was a kid; I've missed them. Now with Simples EcoSneaks line, I can get back to basics and leave a lighter footprint.

The soles of my ecoS shoe are made out of recycled car tires; the protective rubber running around the edge of the shoe not only keeps water and dirt away from my feet -- it's a recycled mountain bike tire, so it looks really cool. The hemp uppers look and function like thick canvas. I love the organic cotton lining; after all, sneaks are meant to be worn without socks, and I only want the healthiest, purest materials against my skin! Finally, the laces and removeable footbed are made out of recycled plastic.

But even without all these impressive eco creds, I'd still wear these shoes almost every day (there are days when the weather calls for boots -- I live in a rainy climate) because they're comfortable, attractive, and look great with jeans or shorts. These sweet sneaks are simple but never boring. And they don't look anything like hippie shoes!
